To complete the breathing even better, widen your abdomen on the inhale instead of just increasing the shoulders. Feel the air flow that arises your chest area through your system. Step 5: Begin echoing the positive phrase in your mind otherwise you may choose to just visualize it in your head or recite the words. Try this when you’ve inherited much relaxed state as well.
